Fidel Castro Autographed Certificate

Fidel Castro was the primary leader of the Cuban Revolution.  He served as Prime Minister of Cuba between February 1959 and December 1976. He then served as President of the Council State of Cuba and President of Council of Ministers of Cuba until he resigned in 2008.

Despite hundreds of assassination attempts, Castro has served as Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba since October 1965. He is one of the most controversial political figures of recent years.

This certificate featuring an image of Che Guevara measures 11¾" x 16½". Recognition of participation in integrating youths so that they can participate in the Revolution is granted to: Yaima Rubio Rodriguez.

The text, translated, reads:

"To integrate the vanguard of youths
That they participate in the Revolution educationally
Socially that carries out our town as
Graduate del2do crash course of social workers"

Fidel Castro has autographed the document in blue ink.

This fascinating document, which features some slight scuffing, is accompanied by a full translation.
