Swiss luxury watchmakers, Longines, were founded in 1832. Their iconic winged hourglass logo is the oldest registered logo for a watch company. Renowned for their sports watches and chronographs, their technologically innovative watches retain full functionality while considering timeless elegance.

Design and precision are always of the highest standards in Longines' watches, ranging from their 'Aviator' lines to their classic Olympic watches.

This stylish stainless steel quartz Olympic series gentlemen's wrist watch features a black dial with hourly applied Arabic numerals. The date aperture is built into a subsidiary seconds dial to six o'clock, while subsidiary recorder dials are positioned to two and ten o'clock.

The movement, the glass, dial and hands all look to be in a generally good condition. The gasket will likely need replacing some time in the future.

There are some light scratches, marks, tarnishing and the odd chip to the case, most noticeably to the edges of the case. A few heavier marks are apparent on the case back lip. The button is slightly rubbed.

The item is marked with a serial number 31805117, model number L2.649.4, and fitted with a signed L.541.2 module.

The case itself measures approximately 40mm in diameter and is fitted to what appears to be an original Longines strap. There are what may be paint flecks on one of the loops, while another loop is broken. The Longines buckle is very slightly scratched.
