A Charles III ducato coin dating to circa 1504-1507 could make £40,000-60,000 ($65,264-97,896) at Spink's December 2 auction in London.
The coin, which will headline the Ancient, British and Foreign Coins and Commemorative Medals sale, was produced in Savoy, Italy and is one of only two known examples.

Charles III (1486-1553) was the duke of Savoy from 1504-1553.
The coin is in very fine condition and sold at Numismatica in Geneva in 2004 where it realised $89,522.

A Russian 10 ruble coin, minted in St Petersburg in 1755, is offered with an estimate of £20,000-30,000 ($32,636-48,954).
It features a profile of Queen Elizabeth (1741-1762) on the obverse, with a four crowned shield cruciform inlaid with an imperial eagle on the reverse.
The rare coin is in extremely fine condition with an attractive shine to the surface.

The design was produced in 1921 by Sir Bertram Mackennal, and features a profile of the king on the front with a representation of a kookaburra on the reverse.
The coin features slight rubbing on the high points, but is uncirculated and extremely rare.
Mackennal designed memorials, statues, coinage and stamps for the British Empire during the early 1900s. We have a 10s Seahorse stamp, which he designed.
