Margaret Thatcher's Falklands telex to make $23,500?

A telex signed by Margaret Thatcher to signal the end of the Falkland's war in 1982 is coming to auction in the UK.

Thatcher Falklands telex
This is the example sold at Bonhams. The original document in the present sale was donated by Margaret Thatcher to a charity auction in 1999

The document is signed by the recently deceased Thatcher as well as Major General Jeremy Moore, and is expected to see bids of up to £15,000 ($23,331). This is the original; a copy previously auctioned through Bonhams in April 2012, realising $11,522.

Should it meet the £15,000 valuation on May 21 at Mullock's, the telex will have shown a 102% increase in price over the copied example.

We currently have an early signed photograph of Margaret Thatcher, as well as some fantastic autographs on card.
