An important collection of movie posters found under the floor of a house during renovations is to cross the block at Heritage Auctions on November 21-22.
One of the posters found is the only known one sheet for Tarzan the Ape Man (1932) and is expected to sell for $40,000-80,000.

Others include a sheet advertising Sporting Blood, Clark Gable's first movie, which is valued in excess of $5,000.
The pieces were discovered by Bob and Dylan Basta, who were working on their father Robert's newly purchased home.
Robert Basta comments: "When you work on homes like this all your life you always dream of that day when you actually find something rare and it seldom comes.
"I'm excited for my boys, now they have a story and a memory that will last their lifetimes…
"I know this is a blessing for me. I don't know where it will take our family, but I know this is a blessing."
Grey Smith, head of movie posters at Heritage, comments: "The Movie Posters Under the Floor Find all date from the late 1920s to the early 1930s and restores several missing chapters of Hollywood history.
"Little did they know they were standing on a small fortune."
