Spade's Maltese Falcon chair valued at up to $100,000

The chair can be seen in Spade's (played by Humphrey Bogart) apartment and is visible throughout much of the film - including the climactic final scene.

In 2013, the titular Maltese Falcon statuette from the film sold for $4m at Bonhams, becoming one of the most valuable pieces of movie memorabilia ever sold.

A copy of Margaret Mitchell's Gone with the Wind (1938) signed by the cast of the 1939 film is valued at $20,000-30,000.

The lot features signatures from Clark Gable, Vivien Leigh, Olivia de Haviland alongside 20 supporting actors. Actor Fred Crane gave it to his sister-in-law as a gift.

Bonhams comments: "Cast-signed copies of Gone With the Wind are extremely rare at auction, with one signed by 29 actors selling for $135,300 in 2012."

A cowhide jacket worn by Jim Morrison at a 1969 Doors concert at New York's Madison Square Garden is expected to make $15,000-20,000.

Morrison threw the jacket into the crowd, where the consignor's boyfriend caught it.

Journalist Donald Flynn described the moment in a January 25, 1969 review of the show in the New York Times: "Morrison majestically let fly with an eloquent belch and flung his jacket into his audience. The jacket went like a cow in a river swarming with piranhas."
