Works from the collection of British artists Julian Trevelyan and Mary Fedden are selling at Sotheby's London on November 23.

The items include pieces by the couple and other artists, including Henry Moore and Pablo Picasso.

Trevelyan Bolton Durham
Julian Trevelyan's Bolton is valued at £18,000-25,000 ($23,813-33,074)

They will be sold to preserve the studios where they lived and worked together, Durham Wharf in London, and to allow it to run as a not-for-profit arts space.

Julian's son Philip Trevelyan told the Guardian: "My father and stepmother lived together at their studio in Durham Wharf for over 40 years.

"It was more than just a studio, it shaped their whole lives and became a creative hub and meeting place where artists could gather and work together."
