A Saudi prince is the mystery buyer of Leonardo Da Vinci’s Salvator Mundi, according to the New York Times.

Leonardo da Vinci painted Salvator Mundi circa 1500

Bader bin Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Farhan al-Saud, a member of the well connected Farhan family, paid $450.3m for the painting in November.

The work will go on loan in the spectacular Louvre Abu Dhabi, designed by French starchitect Jean Nouvel.

We don’t have a Da Vinci, but we do have a great selection of art memorabilia for sale.
