Artcurial is offering the 1964 Ferrari 275 P that won the 1964 24 Hours of Le Mans in its annual Retromobile sale on February 9, 2018.
Chassis #0816 was the eighth and final Ferrari to secure victory at the gruelling event.

Drivers Jean Guichet and Nino Vaccarella pulled off a blistering average top speed of 122 mph over the course of the race.

The car is consigned from the collection of Pierre Bardinon, a celebrated collector of racing Ferraris who died last year.
Bardinon went as far as to build a full-size racetrack in the grounds of his chateau at Mas du Clos.
Admirers of his collection included none other than Enzo Ferrari.
In 2016, Bardinon’s 1957 Ferrari 335 S Scaglietti sold for a world record $35.7m – making it the most valuable car ever sold at auction.
Will this model edge out that result?
It’s entirely possible. The estimate is around $35.3m, a figure it could easily exceed.
