John Lennon jeans, jacket set the pace at PFC Auctions

PFC Auctions' latest sale, which is now open for bids, welcomes a host of memorabilia from the world's top celebrities, including clothing worn by John Lennon and Elvis.

Starring are Lennon's personally owned jeans and jacket, which each have a minimum bid of £500 ($762).

They were given to Lennon's assistant Fred Seamon - who rescued them from Lennon's Long Island vacation home - and were previously sold at Christie's in 2000.

A fabulous owned and worn red velvet jacket from Elvis Presley will sell with a £500 ($762) minimum bid.

It comes with strong provenance, having been given by his father Vernon in 1968 to CW and Roberta Bradley, the officiating minister at Elvis' funeral.

For collectors of modern music memorabilia, the sale also offers two rare items from the hugely collectible collector Lady Gaga.

A mask that can be seen in the Manifesto of a Monster short film from her Monster's Ball tour will sell with a £500 ($762) minimum bid. It was made by Franc Fernandez, who also made her infamous meat dress for the 2010 MTV VMA's.

Also featuring is a press-on nail from Gaga's Born This Way Ball tour in Dublin in September 2012. Selling with a £100 ($152) minimum bid, it is accompanied by a picture of the star clearly missing the fingernail during the show.

Literary enthusiasts will be delighted with the consignment of the great Charles Dickens' walking stick, which is accompanied by a framed letter of provenance from Edward Saxton Paxton, dated 1899.

Presented to Paxton by Dickens' business manager, George Dolby, it should quickly surpass the £500 minimum bid.

Then there is an incredibly rare item for discerning sports memorabilia collectors - a Mini Cooper signed by all members of the 2003 England Rugby World Cup winning team. It's one of just five ever produced, one of which was bought by Sir Richard Branson.

The car, complete with a St George flag on its roof, has never been registered and has just 34 miles on the clock. A truly magnificent item for patriotic rugby fans. It has a £2,000 ($3,049) minimum bid.

One of the more unusual items is an original window from Concorde, perfect for aviation collectors to celebrate the now-retired aircraft. It's available with a £200 ($304) minimum bid.
