A waxwork figure of Paul McCartney is to feature in a Beatles-themed auction at The Beatles Shop in Liverpool on August 23 with an £800-1,000 ($1,326-1,658) estimate.

The lot was originally part of an exhibit in Great Yarmouth and includes a copy of McCartney's Hofner bass.
The sale also includes a pair of rare photographs of an early Beatles performance at Liverpool's famous Cavern Club.
