Snead (1912-2002) is revered in the sport for his perfect swing, as well as 82 career PGA tour wins, including seven majors.

The collection is making its auction debut at Heritage, with the 1954 Masters Championship trophy expected to bring more than $100,000.

"Suffice it to say that this is as close as 99.9% of all golfers in the world will ever get to a Masters trophy," commented director of sports Chris Ivy.

"Let alone the fact that it was Snead's, won by him in the 1954 Masters - the last of his seven majors - where he battled Hogan in one of the greatest golf matches ever played."

Hogan and Snead faced-off in an 18-hole playoff to settle the 1954 Masters Championship, which was described by founder of the tournament Bobby Jones as the "greatest round of golf I've ever seen".

The trophy is complemented by the putter that Snead used to secure the victory, which is estimated at $50,000.

Paul Fraser Collectibles has a signed PGA Tour baseball cap from Tiger Woods and an autographed cap from Jack Nicklaus.
