Prince Hubert de Polignac's latest cognac creation will be sold for charity at the 8th annual La Part des Anges auction in Cognac on September 19.

Dubbed "Knight Trunk", the lot contains a carafe with a blend of very old cognacs and an array of accessories for horse riding, such as a brush, mane comb, currycomb and cover. It is the result of 180 hours of work from experienced artisans.
Only two of the trunks have been created, and the company has stated that any future productions will only be available by special request.
Bonhams will hold its Whisky, Cognac and Rare Spirits auction on October 13, starring a special blend of Kentucky's finest bourbons.
