Canada 1928-29 50c 'Bluenose', nicely centred block of 4, lightly cancelled by individual fine strikes of Montreal circular date stamps, dated '5 JUL 39'. Folded perforations (causing minor separation at top), and trivial bends, but a scarce and most attractive block of this popular stamp. Used. SG 284
