1841 Penny Red (PA/PB) Plate 1b. The UNIQUE MINT pair accompanied by 2008 British Philatelic Association certificate of authenticity. PA is State 3. PB is an original re-entry. Very fresh with part original gum. This is the only recorded multiple in existence. Excellent provenance coming from the world famous "Mayflower Grand Prix Collection".
