Giacomo Balla's Morbidezze di primavera (circa 1917) is expected to make around £300,000-500,000 ($431,829-719,715) when it's offered at Bonhams London on February 4.
The work will provide one of the star lots of the modern and impressionist art auction.

Balla (1871-1951) was a leading light of the futurist movement, after his exposure to the work of its founder, Filippo Marinetti.
He signed the futurist manifesto in 1910.
The work is one of five canvases he painted on the theme of spring.
Bonhams comments: "Painted circa 1917 for the family of Count Lovatelli, Morbidezze di Primavera is one of the finest examples of Giacomo Balla's Futurist landscapes�Ǫ
"The present work is part of a series of paintings that Balla realised between 1917 and 1920 devoted to the change of the seasons.
"These paintings are key expressions of Balla's Futurist aims and are among the most celebrated works of his entire oeuvre."
Balla's record is $11.4m, set for his influential Automobile in Corsa at Sotheby's in 2013.
Other lots on offer include Alfred Sisley's Le Petit Bougival, which is also valued at £300,000-500,000.
It's a stunning example of one of Sisley's iconic landscape paintings.
Auguste Rodin's L'eternal Printemps will provide another highlight of the sale, with a valuation of up to £700,000 ($1m).
