A book of signatures collected in the town of Tombstone, Arizona (scene of the OK Corral gunfight) during the 1880s is expected to auction for in excess of $40,000 at Heritage Auctions.

The lot will cross the block at the Legends of the West sale on June 14 in Dallas.

Pima Bank signatures
The Pima Bank collected the signatures in Tombstone, Arizona in 1880-1881

The book was formerly the property of the Pima County Bank, which stored the autographs for comparison purposes.

It features specimens from some of the most important figures in the town's history, including Wyatt and Virgil Earp, Kate Holliday and WR McLaury.

We have this autographed photograph of John Wayne as Rooster Cogburn from the set of the western True Grit.
