A Ferrari Classiche-certified Enzo Berlinetta will lead bids at Bonhams' April 29 auction at the RAF Museum in Hendon, UK.

The 2004 supercar will sell with an £800,000-900,000 ($1.2m-1.3m) estimate, as the highest valued lot of the sale. It has had only two owners since new and comes with just 800 miles on the odometer.
The "Classiche-certified" element of the item description refers to the Ferrari Classiche department, which was established in 2006 specifically to provide restoration and maintenance services to owners of classic Ferraris.
In total, the auction is expected to raise more than £3m ($4.5m), with a rare Mercedes-Benz 300SL Roadster expected to contribute a large amount of the estimated total at £450,000-500,000. With the value of classic Mercedes-Benz models up 3.5% in January alone, it can expect fierce competition from bidders.
Also starring is a 1929 Bentley 4 ½-litre Tourer, valued at £350,000-400,000 ($536,368-612,992), which has been owned by the same collector since 1960 and comprehensively restored.
One of the earliest known right-hand drive Jaguar E-Type Roadsters will make for a perfect restoration project with an attractive estimate of £25,000-30,000 ($38,312-45,974). It was purchased in 1965 by the current owner, who has kept it in a garage for more than 30 years.
"It has been an excellent 2013 so far for the global department, with a record sale total at our Scottsdale auction in the US in January, more than €13 million realised at our Paris auction at the Grand Palais in February, and a fantastic $3.75 million inaugural auction at Boca Raton in Florida," commented Bonhams' John Polson.
