Two of Kobe Bryant's NBA championship rings have sold in the disputed online auction held by Goldin Auctions on July 19.

The rings, each of which originate from the LA Lakers' 2000 win in the NBA finals, sold for a combined $286,428, with one bringing $176,708 and the other $109,720.
The two rings had been gifted by Bryant to his parents, but the Lakers' shooting guard filed a lawsuit against the auction company saying that his parents did not have the right to sell them.
A settlement was reached that allowed six items to be sold, after Bryant's parents had apologised. Goldin Auctions is now donating $62,565 to The Bully Project, a charity which Bryant has long supported.
Also selling was Bryant's 2000 NBA All Star ring, which made $56,301. Bryant is a staple of the NBA All Star games, having played in 15 contests and being named its MVP four times.
Two of Bryant's game-used uniforms from his days with Lower Merion High School also sold, making $51,181 (road) and $42,298 (away).
While Bryant's 2000 NBA rings took top spot, the only-known 1949 MVP season game-used Jackie Robinson bat achieved the second highest bids of the sale, selling for an impressive $159,867.
